Shri Ashok Kumar Yadav, learned counsel for the respondent contends that the order of the writ court was for deciding the representation of the petitioners/applicants which has been decided vide order dated 12.10.2021, a copy of which has been served on learned counsel for the applicants today in the Court itself.
As the order passed by the writ court has been complied with, it cannot be said that the respondent runs in contempt of the order passed by the writ court.
Accordingly, the contempt application is dismissed leaving it open to the applicants to challenge the said order before appropriate court in appropriate proceedings in case they are aggrieved.
