Heard Shri Pankaj Kumr Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioner and Shri Mata Prasad, learned standing counsel for the respondents.
The petitioner in the writ petition is seeking quashing of the order dated 22.9.2017 whereby he has been retired compulsorily. Learned counsel for the petitioner admits that this is an appealable order. There is no justification as to why the writ petition has been filed without availing the remedy of appeal to the State Government.
The writ petition is accordingly dismissed.
