(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE JAYANT PATEL) Present application is preferred by the applicant convict for temporary bail on the ground that he wants to attend the Sunnat ceremony of his son. It appears that the ceremony is fixed today and even if the application is considered, it will not be possible for the applicant to attend the ceremony since he is to be released for the first time and he will have to comply with the other strict conditions. Hence present application is not granted. Disposed of accordingly.
