Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
By means of this writ petition the petitioner has challenged the award of the U.P.State Micro & Small Enterprises Facilitation Council, Kanpur Udyog Nideshalaye, U.P.Kanpur.
The award is of 2016, which clearly notes that in spite of notice, the petitioner did not appear. Thereafter, execution case was filed in 2018 which also notices that the petitioner in spite of notice has not appeared.
It appears that the petitioner then filed review application before the Council, which is pending and now he submits that the award be stayed. In a writ proceeding such a direction cannot be issued. The petitioner has to approach the Council for the redressal of his grievance.
The writ petition is mis-conceived and it is, accordingly, dismissed.
