JUDGMENT / ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking a Writ of Mandamus, directing the Respondents 3 and 4 as not to intervene in the civil disputes in the guise of enquiry and to provide adequate protection to save the petitioner's life from the fifth respondent.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Counsel appearing for the fifth respondent has submitted that now the disputes between the petitioner as well as the fifth respondent have been amicably settled. The said submission is not refuted by the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner.
3. Recording the said submission, this writ petition is closed. No costs.
