JUDGMENT / ORDER

The petitioner has come up with this petition alleging that the respondent has committed contempt by not complying with the order of this Court made in Crl.O.P(MD).No.18956 of 2015, dated 15.10.2015.
2. Today, it has been submitted by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) that after enquiry, a case has been registered in Crime No.364 of 2015, on 13.10.2016, for the offence under Section 379 IPC., against the accused persons. Thus, the order of this Court has been complied with by the respondent. Hence, no question of contempt arises in this case.
3. Recording the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this petition is dismissed.
