JUDGMENT / ORDER

The petitioner seeks for the following relief:
To issue the (1) Provisional Certificate (2) Consolidated Mark Statements (3) Degree Certificate in B.E., Electronics and Communication Engineering in the name of the petitioner for the academic year 2008-2012 immediately, by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 08.06.2017.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsels appearing for the respondents.
3. The petitioner seeks for issuance of provisional certificate and other documents in respect of B.E., Electronics and Communication Engineering Course, which the petitioner has under gone during the academic year 2008-2012. According to the petitioner, the respondents have not issued the provisional and consolidated mark sheets to the petitioner so far, even though she made several representations.
4. On the other hand, the learned standing counsel appearing for the first respondent, based on instructions submitted that the petitioner has not passed two subjects viz., MA2261 - Probability and Randam Process & EC2252 - Communication Theory and therefore, the question of issuing the provisional certificate does not arise, unless she appears for the examination of the above said two papers and pass the same. It is further stated by the learned counsels appearing for the respondents that the petitioner was already informed through communication dated 01.08.2017 by the Anna University and 08.08.2017 by the College stating the above said position.
5. The learned counsels appearing for the respondents also produced a copy of those communication before this Court.

Upon hearing both sides and considering the fact that the petitioner has not passed two subjects as stated supra and that the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner is also not in a position to substantiate the contention of the petitioner by producing any documents, this Court is left with no other option, except to reject the K.RAVICHANDRABAABU,J.
mk claim of the petitioner, on the reason that the petitioner has not passed two subjects so far. However, it is open to the petitioner to appear for the above said two examination and seek further remedy based on the result of those examination.
7. With the above observation, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
