JUDGMENT / ORDER

The matter is settled before the Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre. Mediation report is filed along with joint memo of compromise. In view of the same, the suit is disposed of in terms of joint memo of compromise entered between the parties.
2. The joint memo of compromise along with mediation report shall form part of the decree. The Court fee shall be refunded as per law. No costs. The connected application is closed.
