The petitioners have filed the writ petitions seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus, directing the respondent to return the vehicles Mahindra Maxximo bearing Registration No.TN 32 AY 6750 and TATA Ace bearing Registration No.TN 03 E 0397 respectively, seized under Form 95 pertaining to STOR No.2 of 2016 dated 02.08.2016.
2. Today, the learned counsel for the petitioners sought to withdraw the writ petitions with liberty to approach the appropriate authority. Accordingly, granting such liberty, the writ petitions are dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
