None appears for the petitioner.

The learned Special Government Pleader submits that the order and direction of this Court has been fully complied with and the District Collector passed an order dated 09.12.2016 in Na.Ka.No.26286/2013/Thi.1. A copy of the order passed by the District Collector along with annexures has been produced before this Court. The learned Special Government Pleader is directed to furnish a photostat copy of the order dated 09.12.2016 to the learned counsel for the petitioner.
