JUDGMENT / ORDER

It is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner that during the pendency of the petition, the first respondent has passed an order against the revision which has been filed by the petitioner. Therefore, he submitted that the prayer sought for by the petitioner has become infructuous.
2. Recording the above submission and without going into the merits of the claim of the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
