[Order of the Court was made by G.R.SWAMINATHAN, J.] The writ petitioner wants desilting of the Poikaigudi irrigation tank survey number 283/2, measuring to an extent of 70.61.0 hectares (175 Acres), situated at Poikaigudi Hamlet of Asoor Revenue Village, Thiruverumbur Taluk, Tiruchirapalli District. He also wants to raise `the height of boundary of the bunds and also that of the Weir. He has given a representation dated 23.08.2016 in this regard. But there is no response till date.
2.Therefore, this Court directs the second respondent to consider the said representation in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
3.The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
