The sole grievance of the petitioner is that the application dated 18.2.2021 filed under Section 38 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, was not being decided and, therefore, a prayer for a direction has been made that the application be decided expeditiously within a stipulated period of time. The petitioner also prayed that till the decision of the Application status quo as of today be maintained as the respondent no.4 was disturbing his possession.
Learned Standing Counsel states that all endeavour shall be made to decide the aforesaid application.
Under such circumstances, without going into the merits of the case, it is being directed that if the petitioner is aggrieved by any action of the respondent no. 4 he may move an application within a period of two weeks from today for an interim relief before the respondent no. 3 who shall at the first instance decide the application for interim relief within a period of two weeks and thereafter decide the application dated 18.2.2021 filed under Section 38 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, within three months.
With these observations, the writ petition is disposed of.
