This revision is directed against the summoning order 28.04.2011 passed by Additional Civil Judge (Junior Division), Mathura, whereby the accused has been summoned under Section 409 I.P.C for facing trial in Complaint Case No. 309/IX of 2011. The Court below has recorded a finding that from the statement of the complainant and witnesses a prima facie case is made out against the revisionist and therefore, he has been summoned for trial. The order of the court below does not suffers from any legal infirmity.
This revision fails and is accordingly dismissed.
