Mohmadiqbal vs State

Heard learned advocate Mr. Kulkarni for the applicant. According to the accused he obtained Rs. 30,000/- from the complainant and Rs. 28,000/- has been repaid to the complainant and complainant has given writing on promissory note with regard to receipt of Rs. 28,000/-. This writing is denied by the complainant.

In view of the above, leave to appeal is granted.
