The present application has been preferred by the applicant-convict for temporary bail on the ground that he wants to take back his belongings to his own house.
It appears that earlier the convict had been released on the same ground from 17.11.2011 to 1.12.2011. The correspondence produced is of 7th August, 2010 prior to the aforesaid release.
Under the circumstances, the discretion does not deserve to be exercised.
Therefore, the application is not granted. Rule discharged.
