The petitioners are seeking a direction upon the respondent Commission to permit them to inspect their answer-sheets of the U.P. Judicial Service Civil Judge (Junior Division) Main Examination, 2018.
In view of the decision of the Apex Court in the cases of Aditya Bandopadhyay and others1, Union Public Service Commission2 and order dated 16.07.2018 passed in Civil Appeal No. 6723 of 2018 (Mradul Mishra Vs. Chairman, U.P. Public Service Commission, Allahabad and another), we dispose off the writ petition holding that since the petitioners are entitle to inspection of their answer-sheets, the Commission is directed to allow them to inspect the answer-sheets on a given date which may be convenient to both the parties.
The writ petition stands disposed off.
