Heard Sri Brijesh Kumar Pandey, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Akhilesh Kumar Tripathi, learned counsel for the State and perused the record.
The anticipatory bail application under Section 438 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the applicant Mohd. Yusuf, seeking anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest in Case Crime No.088 of 2021, under Sections 147, 148, 149, 186, 307, 504, 506, 188, 269, 270, 336, 332, 353 IPC and 3 of Pandemic Act and 7 Criminal Law amendment Act, P.S. Tanda, District Rampur.
Learned counsel for the applicant states that from either sides and police personnel have received injuries but he is unable to state as to who and from which side have received injuries. Even there is no averment to the said effect. It is not possible to decipher as to how many injured are there and some of the injured whose injury reports have been annexed are from which side.
The present anticipatory bail application is rejected on this count only.
The party shall file computer generated copy of such order downloaded from the official website of High Court Allahabad, self attested by the applicant(s) along with a self attested identity proof of the said person(s) (preferably Aadhar Card) mentioning the mobile number(s) to which the said Aadhar Card is linked.
The concerned Court/Authority/Official shall verify the authenticity of such computerized copy of the order from the official website of High Court Allahabad and shall make a declaration of such verification in writing.
