Learned counsel for the parties do not dispute that the controversy raised in this petition has already been adjudicated by this Court vide judgment dated 30th January, 2018 in a bunch of writ petition with leading Writ Petition No. 6004 of 2016 (Sartaj Ahmad and 5 others Vs. State of U.P. and others).
For the reasons recorded therein, this writ petition is also disposed of on same terms.
