In 2nd line of 2nd paragraph and in 1st and last line of the last paragraph of the order dated 05.12.2019 passed by this Court, let respondent no.3 Mehrunnisha instead of appellant no.3 Mehrunnisha and Second Appeal No.1031 of 2017 instead of F.A.F.O. No.1031 of 2017 be read. The order dated 05.12.2019 stands corrected, accordingly.
Consequently, the correction application is allowed.
