Admittedly, the petitioner contested the Motor Accident Claim Petition an it was decided on merit. There is no provision under the Motor Vehicles Act 1988 relating to review of the award passed by Motor Accident Claim Tribunal. The application filed by petitioner in the name of recall application is actually a review application and it has been rightly rejected by the court below. There is no illegality in it.
The writ petition has no merit and is dismissed.
