The dispute inter se the parties is pending before the court below Assistant Collector/ Sub-Divisional Officer.
Learned Standing Counsel submits that the dispute is pending before the Sub-Divisional Officer/ Assistant Collector. It is open to the petitioners to make an application for appropriate relief before the court concerned.
Faced with this learned counsel for the petitioners does not press the relief sought in the writ petition. He recast his relief.
The only prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioners is that the petitioners may be permitted to approach the competent court for appropriate relief It is always open for the petitioners to avail legal remedies in accordance with law.
The writ petition is disposed of.
