Ref:- Criminal Misc. Correction Application No.1 of 2019:-
Heard Sri Hemant Sharma, learned counsel for the applicants Sri Sanjay Singh, learned A.G.A.-1,for the State-respondent.
The correction application has been moved for correction of the order dated 27.5.2019 passed by this Court.
Learned counsel for the applicant is permitted to make necessary correction in the memo of bail application during the course of the day.
The correction application is allowed and the order dated 27.5.2019 is corrected as under:
"In last line of 7th paragraph of the order dated 27.5.2019 Judicial Magistrate,Munger at Chamoli is deleted and in its place Judicial Magistrate Bheem Nagar at Rajpura is substituted and the same shall be read as such."
It is further contended by learned counsel for the applicants that in the present 482 petition is not being changed/altered and only time for depositing the amount of Rs.15,000/- before the Mediation Centre of this Court pursuant to order dated 27.5.2019 passed by this Court has been sought.
It is thus prayed that two weeks further time may be granted to deposit the amount of Rs.15,000/- before the Mediation Centre of this Court pursuant to order dated 27.5.2019 passed by this Court. Accordingly, application is allowed.
As prayed, two weeks further time from today is granted to the applicants for depositing the amount of Rs.15,000/- before the Mediation Centre of this Court pursuant to order dated 27.5.2019 passed by this Court.
In case the applicants do not deposit the above amount within the extended period, no further time shall be granted.
The application is accordingly disposed off.
