The petitioner has preferred this writ petition against a notice dated 29.03.2019 under Section 3 of the U.P. Control of Goondas Act on the ground that provisions of the Act have been invoked on the basis of a solitary case. The petitioner has not responded to the show cause. There is no good ground to entertain this writ petition at this stage. The writ petition is dismissed as not maintainable.
