Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A for the State as also perused the record.
This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed seeking direction to the court below for early decision of S.T. No. 657 of 2017 (State Vs. Waseem and another), arising out of Case Crime No. 159 of 2015, under Sections- 307 I.P.C., Police Station- Mughalpura, District- Moradabad, pending before the Additional District Judge, Court No.9, Moradabad.
It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the applicant that the charge-sheet has been submitted in the year 2016, but till date, charges has not been framed.
Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this application is finally disposed of with a direction to the court below to frame the charges in the aforesaid case in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, without granting any unnecessary or long adjournments to either of the parties, preferably within a period of three months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment.
