Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri R.Ramachandra Reddy, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents 1 and 2.
The petitioner states that he made a representation on 27.05.2010 bringing to the notice of the respondents 1 and 2 certain illegal constructions made by the respondents 3 and 4 in the premises bearing No.1-8-599, Patigadda, Secunderabad and requesting to take immediate steps for demolition of the said constructions. Aggrieved by the inaction on the part of the respondents 1 and 2, the present writ petition is filed.
The material available on record shows that the petitioner made a detailed representation furnishing the details of the alleged illegal constructions being made by the respondents 3 and 4 and the same was received in the office of the respondents 1 and 2 on 31.05.2010. In the circumstances, the respondents 1 and 2 are bound to consider the same in accordance with law.
Accordingly, without expressing any opinion as to the allegations made by the petitioner in his representation, the Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the petitioner’s representation dated 27.05.2010 after due notice to the respondents 3 and 4 and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of this order. No costs.
