By means of this 482 Cr.P.C. application the applicant is seeking a direction to the court below to decide the complaint case no. 113 of 2017 (Mohd. Naseem Vs. Chandra Bhushan) under Section 406 IPC, Police Station Utaraon, District Allahabad pending in the court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Room No. 10, Allahabad, in a time bound manner.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case this application is therefore disposed of with a direction to the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Room No. 10, Allahabad to decide the aforesaid complaint case expeditiously, preferably within a period of six months from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before it.
