Heard Sri Ramendra Asthana, learned Counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel for respondent nos.1, 2 and 3 and Sri Ram Bahadur Singh, learned Counsel for respondent nos.4 and 5.
The petitioner was an ex-employee of Nagar Palika Parishad and attained the age of superannuation on 30.6.2017. The said Nagar Palika got the status of Nagar Nigam is the year, 2018.
In case, the petitioner makes a representation before the respondent no.4 within 15 days from today, the same shall be decided by the respondent no.4 within a period of three months in accordance with law.
