Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned standing counsel. By the instant petition, petitioner seeks the following relief:
"A direction upon Tehsildar Salempur, District Deoria to decide Case No. 3390/2017 Computerized Case No. T2017052055023390 under Section 34 Land Revenue Act, Mohd. Iqbal and Mohd. Afzal vs. Ram Sahai, Village Maheshpur, Tappa Dod, Tehsil Salempur, District Deoria, expedited within the period stipulated by this Hon'ble Court."
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petition stands disposed of directing the Court concerned to expedite the proceedings of the aforesaid case and conclude the same, at the earliest possible, without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties, in accordance with law, provided there is no legal impediment.
