Heard Ms. Alpana Singh learned A.G.A. for the State- respondents.
The present criminal revision is pending since the year 1997. The orders impugned were passed in a proceeding under Section 125 Cr.P.C.
The record indicates that an amount of Rs. 500/- per month towards maintenance of wife and Rs. 500/- for son, total amounting to Rs. 1000/- was granted to the wife vide judgment and order dated 14.3.1997 passed by the IInd Additional Civil Judge, Rampur. On a revision filed by wife, maintenance awarded by the court below was made payable w.e.f. the date of moving of application under Section 125 Cr.P.C.
The order of revisional court is subject matter of challenge in the present criminal revision on the ground that it was passed in a mechanical and routine manner.
Having gone through the records, carefully reading the orders impugned, no material illegality or procedural impropriety is found in the decisoin of the courts below.
The revision is dismissed being devoid of merits. Certify the judgment to the Court below immediately.
