JUDGMENT / ORDER

1. Mr.
Vyas, learned advocate for the appellant submits that his client has instructed him to withdraw this Appeal From Order. Therefore, he seeks permission to withdraw this Appeal From Order. Ms. Shah, learned advocate is present for the respondents and she has no objection, if this Appeal From Order may be permitted to be withdrawn.
2. Permission as prayed for, is granted. This Appeal From Order stands disposed of as withdrawn. The communication dated 20.6.2008 addressed to Mr. Vyas, learned advocate is taken on record. Notice is discharged. Ad interim relief granted earlier, stands vacated forthwith. It is clarified that no opinion as regards the merits of the matter is expressed. In view of the order passed in this Appeal From Order, no order is required to be passed in Civil Application. Hence, Civil Application stands disposed of.
