1. The corpus is before us, so also the respondent No.4. Indisputably, the corpus is aged 22 years. She states that she has married with respondent No.4 on 9.2.2012 and the marriage is registered on 22.2.2012 both at Alwar. She states that she has come today from Alwar. According to her, she wants to stay with the husband.
2. Learned advocate for the petitioner states that even the petitioner does not have any objection to matrimonial relationship of the corpus with respondent No.4, but the petition was filed only because both of them were not available and were missing.
3. In light of the wish of the corpus - Santosh @ Yashoda d/o Mohanji Gisaji Pareva, the relief claimed in this petition cannot be granted. Hence, the petition stands dismissed. Notice is discharged.
