NAGAMUTHU,J.,] The petitioner, who is the wife of the detenu Vadivendran, aged about 32 years has come forward with this petition challenging the detention order passed by the second respondent dated 16.07.2016 against her husband branding him as a "Goonda" under the Tamil Nadu Prevention of Dangerous Activities of Bootleggers, Drug Offenders, Forest Offenders, Goondas, Immoral Traffic Offenders, Sand Offenders, Slum Grabbers and Video Pirates Act, 1982 [Tamil Nadu Act 14 of 1982].
2. It is submitted by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that the detention order passed by the second respondent as against the husband of the petitioner dated 16.07.2016 in No.722/BCDFGISSSV/2016 has been revoked.
3. Recording the submission of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this petition is closed as the same has become infructuous.
