This writ petition is filed challenging Ext.P3 notice issued by the 2nd respondent and also for a direction to the 1st respondent bank to consider Ext.P2 representation submitted by the petitioner to grant time till 31/10/2014 to pay back the entire amount due.
2. Learned counsel for the 1st respondent bank submits that there is no objection to grant the petitioner time till 31/10/2014 for payment of the entire amount due.
Having regard to the aforesaid submission, this writ petition is disposed of with the following directions:
i) All proceedings pursuant to Ext.P3 shall be kept in abeyance until 31/10/2014
ii) In the meantime, the petitioner is permitted to pay the entire amount due to the 1st respondent bank.
