Present application has been filed with a prayer that the court below be directed to decide the application of the petitioner filed in Misc. Case No. 2/74/2016 within stipulated period.
In the facts and circumstances of the case, the present petition is finally disposed of with the direction to the court below to expedite the hearing of the aforesaid application and decide the same, in accordance with law, expeditiously by giving short dates no unnecessary adjournment shall be granted.
With the aforesaid observations/ directions, the present petition is finally disposed of.
