Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
The only prayer addressed on this petition is for expeditious disposal of the proceedings instituted under Section 35 of the Guardians and Wards Act.
Although the Court passed an order for proceeding ex- parte against the respondent, the respondent appeared thereafter and has moved an application for recall of that order.
Viewed in that light, the petition shall stand disposed of with the observation that the concerned Court shall endeavour to dispose of the proceedings of Misc. Case No.
55 of 2018 with expedition and without granting any unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties.
