Fatima Raza Khan, petitioner-2 appears before the Court and claims to be major. In support thereof she has filed her High School certificate according to which her date of birth is 23.12.2000.
Fatima Raza Khan, petitioner-2 states that she has voluntarily married to Mohammad Imtiyaz Khan, petitioner-1, therefore, no useful purpose will be served in arresting the petitioners.
In the facts of the case, the writ petition is disposed of with direction that petitioners shall not be arrested in pursuance of FIR dated 17.4.2018 registered as Case Crime No. 0127 of 2018, under Sections 363,366 A IPC, P.S. Kotwali, Distt. Mirzapur, till submission of police report under Section 173 (2) Cr P C.
