This anticipatory bail application has been filed by the applicant Mohammad Husain in Case Crime No. 166 of 2021, under sections 147, 148, 149, 307, 504, 506, 332, 353 I.P.C., P.S.-
Kundarki, District - Moradabad.
At the very outset, learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that he does not want to press the anticipatory bail.
In view of above, the Anticipatory Bail Application is rejected as not pressed.
