Heard learned counsel for the applicant.
Learned counsel for the applicant is permitted to make necessary correction in the prayer clause.
In the second line of the second paragraph of the order dated 4.9.2018, in place of words "Complaint Case No.163 of 2016 (Ram Nawal versus Mohammad Danish)", words "Complaint Case No.163 of 2015 (Raj Nawal versus Mohammad Danish)" be read.
Accordingly, the correction application is allowed.
Office is directed to issue a certified copy of the order accordingly.
