Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that arrest of the applicant has been stayed in Criminal Misc. Writ Petition No. 20665 of 2019 by the Division Bench of this Court. Therefore, the present anticipatory bail application has become infructuous.
In view of above, the present Criminal Misc. Anticipatory Bail Application is, accordingly, dismissed as having become infructuous.
