Heard Sri Shahid Ali Siddiqui, leaned counsel for the petitioner and Ms. Kritika Singh, learned additional chief standing counsel for the respondents.
The petitioner in this writ petition has sought the following reliefs:
(A) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding concerned respondents to transfer / do mutation of petitioner's father saw mill, bearing Licence No. ALD 09/ 2010-11 dated 12.1.2011 in the name of the petitioner which was established by petitioner's father at Gram - Janghai Road, Handia, District- Allahabad due to death of petitioner's father.
(B) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding concerned respondent not to interfere in peaceful possession of petitioner's saw mill affair/account management etc. which was established by petitioner's father at Gram Janghai Road, Handia in district Prayagraj (Allahabad) due to petitioner's father died on 18.9.2018.
(C) issue any other writ, order or direction as may be deem fit and proper under the facts of case of the petitioner.
(D) award costs of the petition to the petitioner."
Learned counsel for the petitioner, however, states that he may be permitted to withdraw this writ petition.
The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn.
