This writ petition is filed seeking a writ of Mandamus to direct the first respondent to conduct a peace commit meeting, with regard to celebration of festival in Arulmigu Selleamman Temple, Vannivayal, Ramanathapuram District, based on the petitioner's representation, dated 17.09.2012.
2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks liberty to approach the first respondent afresh for the same cause of action.
