When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw this petition with liberty to approach the authorities afresh and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
2. In view of the above, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty as prayed for. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
