Today when the matter has been taken up before this Court, by placing on record a proceeding dated 29.12.2016, the learned counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that the order dated 17.03.2016 passed by this Court, giving direction to the second respondent therein to consider and dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 21.11.2014, in according with T.RAJA, J kal law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, has been duly complied with.
