JUDGMENT / ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by NOOTY.RAMAMOHANA RAO,J) When we have taken up this habeas corpus petition for consideration today, Sri.A.E.Lakshminarayanan, learned counsel for the petitioner has informed that the alleged detenu has, in fact, been produced before the competent Criminal Court, which has remanded him to judicial custody.
2. In that view of the matter, no further orders are needed to be passed in this habeas corpus petition and it is accordingly dismissed.
