On 12.11.2018 Sri S.D. Ojha, learned counsel for the petitioner had sought time to enquire from the petitioner as to whether any cause of action still survives in the writ petition.
Since no one is present for the petitioner and the relief claimed was of mandamus to the respondents to deliver the possession of plot no. 50, area 0.90 acre situate in village Chakra Awwal, Transport Nagar, Gorakhpur.
It appears that this writ petition has become infructuous.
The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as having become infructuous. Interim order, if any, is vacated.
