Learned advocate Mr. Bhatt for respondent no.3 is present. He has submitted that the Chief Officer of Palitana Municipality i.e. respondent no.3 is also present. Respondent no.3 was directed to ask the Chief Officer to appear before the Court with a view to ensuring that the issue can be discussed and if possible any immediate resolution can be found out. Learned advocate Mr. Shastri for petitioner, learned advocate Mr. Bhatt for respondent no.3 as well as learned AGP have submitted that they will discuss the matter and report to the Court about outcome of the discussion and that the other issue which arose during the discussion today will also be addressed and the details will be placed before the Court.
