The present Civil Revision Application is of the year 2000 and still the respondent is unserved. Under the circumstances and considering the fact that even if the Civil Revision Application is allowed, the question is with respect to approximately four months pendente lite maintenance, the present Civil Revision Application is dismissed for non-prosecution. Rule is discharged. Ad-interim relief granted earlier, if any, stands vacated forthwith.
