Pursuant to the notice issued by this Court to resolve the dispute amicably with regard to custody of minor child-Moin, respondent No.2 - father of the petitioner has filed affidavit in reply dated 02.05.2012.
The prayer of the petitioner, at this stage, to visit and stay with the minor child-Moin is not objected by the respondent No.2-father of the petitioner.
In view of the above, it is directed that the petitioner may visit and stay with her minor son-Moin at her father's place, once in a week. It is made clear that the petitioner shall go alone to visit her minor child.
Post the matter on 14th June, 2012 for further order.
