By order dated 20.06.2008, this Court had directed to remove the office objections within a week. Today again by this application, he has prayed to extend the time of removal of office objections to submit the translation.

Considering the submissions made, we direct that defects be removed within 3 days, failing which the petition shall stand dismissed without referring to the Court. Civil Application is disposed of accordingly.
